本公司保证所供产品的材料、工艺、性能等方面与合同规定的各项指标一致，并保证产品在安装调试后正常使用。
设备质量保证期一年。
在质量保证期内，如设备出观故障，公司在接到通知后，公司工程师2小时作出书面反应，如需到现场解决问题，则以z便捷的交通工具以z快的速度到达现场进行服务。若使用方人员没有按照本公司的设备"操作规程"内有关技术要求使用而导致设备的损坏或调整，使用方支付维修人员的旅差费、伙食费及宾馆住宿费。反之则由本公司支付上述费用。
本公司保证对所有产品进行终身服务。

during the warranty period, if there is any apparent failure of the equipment, the company's engineer shall make a written response within 2 hours after receiving the notice. if it is necessary to solve the problem on site, the engineer shall arrive at the site with the most convenient means of transportation at the fastest speed for service. if the equipment is damaged or adjusted due to the user's personnel's failure to use the equipment in accordance with the relevant technical requirements of the company's equipment "operating procedures", the user shall pay the travel expenses, food expenses and hotel accommodation expenses of the maintenance personnel. otherwise, the company shall pay the above expenses.
